Shipping Policies

Orders sent directly from affiliates (such as Amazon, Walmart and many mmore) will have their own shipping policies and pricing. Also, be sure to read the Store Policies on this site, as some information may overlap with the shipping policies.

International Orders:

If you live outside of the continental United States, our vendors can still ship to you, but we suggest contacting them for a quote on international shipping costs. If you decide to purchase, you can order your products online and pay for them through the vendor.

Most vendors can ship nearly anywhere in the world, if you are willing to pay the shipping costs.

Any email communications with us regarding orders will come from Shipping at Azgrand.

Methods of shipping are left up to the vendors and the choices they offer in their checkout process.

We have no control over the shipping policies of our affiliate vendors, so please be sure that their policies are suitable to you before purchasing from them.

Digital Products:

Digitally delivered products (downloaded to the customer’s computer, no matter where they are) will have special payment buttons so that no shipping or handling charges will be added, no matter what the cost of the product.

Physical Products:

Physical products that we stock are usually shipped by USPS, unless they are oversize, in which case we may ship by UPS or common carrier (truck). Small mailable items may be shipped by First Class Mail if that is most practical. We have no control over our vendors shipping methods and you should ALWAYS make sure their methods are suitable to you before purchasing from them.

Sales tax:

Most internet orders placed online are shipped from other states and typically there is no tax charged. However, any item shipped from within a state that has sales tax imposed, to a location within that state will almost always have to charge sales tax. You can temprorarily bypass that tax by ordering from a location out of state but it DOES NOT free you totally from the obligation of paying that tax, as most states expect you to record it as “use tax” when you do your tax return at the end of the year.

Timing:

Most orders can be shipped anywhere in the United States within ten days (usually much less). Digital orders can usually be downloaded immediately.

For digital items from places other than our own servers, the sales process will be handled automatically by the processing company, and the “thank you” page will usually direct you to the link to download your product. Sometimes you will be sent an email with the download link in it.  Some digital products will be on our own sites, while others may be handled by a third party, such as ClickBank, who use their own payment processor. Either way, you should be able to download your product immediately after paying for it. If they use an autoresponder with a double-opt-in, you may have to wait for an email from the supplier, and then click on another link to get your product.

Note: We are only beginning to use opt-in forms to collect names and email addresses on our own sites. However, other sites (affiliates) that we may refer you to, may have their own opt-in forms, which you must fill out, in order to receive your product from them.

Returns:

In the unlikely event you should need to return any order or part of your physical product order, you will usually be expected to pay return shipping charges, but the exact policy is up to the vendor. All orders must be intact as originally shipped, and in good re-sellable condition. Once the vendor receives the order, you will be credited for the item according to their terms and conditions, and usually in the same method that was used to pay for them.

Warranties:

If it is a warranty problem, contact the selling vendor, as some products may be warranted for life by their manufacturers. On our own products, paid for on our own web sites, we will warranty the product ourselves, and any warranty applied will be stated upon the product offering itself. Such warranties will vary depending on the product.

For digital items we and our suppliers will have safeguards in place to prevent abuse, and normally the access to the product will be shut off if it can be, and then we will make a refund to you in the same manner in which you paid for the item.

Damage Claims:

If you find damage after receiving ANY purchased physical item(s), please file a claim with the carrier, and then notify the vendor.
